Job summary

YMCA Black Country Group (West Bromwich) is seeking a Full-Time Room Leader to cover a 2-3 year olds room in a job-share arrangement. You will lead day-to-day practice, deliver high quality early years education, and work closely with the Childcare Manager to ensure best practice and a welcoming environment for children and families.

• Being part of the Nursery Senior Team you will provide leadership within the room on a daily basis. Setting a positive example to childcare practitioners, and working closely with the Childcare Manager and Senior Nursery Manager to ensure good practice.

Job description

Full-Time Room Leader to complete a job share within our toddler room (2-3years) based at the YMCA BCG Carters Green Day Nursery in West Bromwich. You will help to provide a warm and welcoming environment within the Nursery where young children and their families can feel valued and obtain positive help and support.

Duties include but are not limited to:
