Job summary

Nuffield Health is recruiting a Nursery Room Leader to take overall responsibility for the room and staff, ensuring high standards of care and development for each child. The role includes acting as a keyworker, implementing EYFS, and upholding nursery policies.

You will build strong partnerships with parents, update them on their child’s day, and contribute to a supportive, wellbeing-focused environment within our nursery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a room in a nursery setting.

We are strong team of around 12 staff within our small nursery, therefore you get to know our parents well.
