Job summary

Nuffield Health are recruiting a Senior Nursery Nurse / Room Leader for the nursery inside our Brondesbury Park Fitness and Wellbeing Club. The role is full-time and based on site, with 40 hours per week and a salary up to £27,370.58 per year, depending on experience.

You will lead a small team, implement EYFS, and build strong partnerships with parents while delivering high-quality care for babies and toddlers within a unique wellbeing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a nursery room.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with parents.

Responsibilities

• As leader of the room, take overall responsibility for the room and staff.
• Act as a keyworker to meet each child’s needs.
• Implement the EYFS within the room.
• Follow nursery and company policies.
• Develop strong partnerships with parents and provide feedback.
• Engage with families and support children's development.
