Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Peterborough, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join our management team. In this role, you will provide professional leadership to staff and uphold the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote high-quality standards within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff daily
• Allocate staff effectively to meet standards

• Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide feedback to parents/carers about their child's progress
• Promote the nursery to current and prospective families
• Develop positive working relationships with staff and parents
