Job Title: Room Leader at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery

Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Walnut Tree, Milton Keynes, part of Grandir UK, is currently seeking a Room Leader to join our management team. You will provide professional leadership to staff and uphold the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff daily

• Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional feedback to parents/carers
• Promote the nursery to current and prospective clients
• Develop positive relationships with staff and parents
