Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Room Leader with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare.

Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 3 or higher in childcare
2. Responsibility for the daily management of their room and promoting good practice among staff
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with parents
4. Monitoring and reporting on children's progress and achievements
5. Acting as a keyworker for a designated group of children
6. Planning engaging activities to support children's development
7. Creating a stimulating and attractive environment
8. Maintaining required standards and ratios at all times
9. Assisting with parent meetings and nursery organization
10. Preparing for Ofsted inspections and implementing recommendations
11. Ensuring security protocols in the absence of the Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager
