Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Room Leader for a purpose-built nursery in Leicester. You’ll take the lead in your room, blending hands-on early years practice with supporting your team and delivering stimulating experiences for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.

This role concentrates on daily room management, safeguarding and building strong relationships with parents. Salary up to £32,000, with training and development opportunities and a safe recruitment process including DBS

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• References satisfactory.
• Verification of the right to work in the UK.

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room.

Job description

This purpose-built nursery has been thoughtfully designed for babies, toddlers and pre-school children, with bright, light and spacious rooms tailored to each stage of development. Each room has direct access to its own outdoor space, making it easy for children to move between indoor and outdoor play while building their confidence, curiosity and physical skills.

As Room Leader, you’ll take the lead within your room, combining hands-on Early Years practice with the responsibility of supporting your team and creating consistently engaging experiences for the children in your care.
