Job description

West Drayton Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Room Leader (Baby Room) to work as part of the management team. You'll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education.

Role responsibilities include:

• Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery
• Supporting and supervising playroom staff
• Deploying staff appropriately to maintain standards
• Implementing nursery keycarer procedures and allocating children accordingly
• Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Providing professional feedback to parents/carers
• Promoting the nursery to current and prospective clients
• Developing positive relationships with staff and parents
