Job summary

Kids Planet in Waterside is seeking a Room Leader to lead a classroom within our nurturing nursery. You will ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, guiding a dedicated team and building strong relationships with children and families.

The role requires a Level 3 UK early years qualification, solid EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and leadership experience is desirable. We offer a supportive central team, training through KP Academy, and a competitive salary with

How You'll Make a Difference As a Room Leader

By leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.

Through supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.

Through Building Strong Relationships With Children And Families, Ensuring Each Child's Individual Needs Are Met And Their Learning Is Supported.

What a Room Leader Needs

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.
