Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room.
  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Plan and oversee engaging learning experiences that support children's development.
  • Monitor children's progress through observations and assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards are consistently maintained.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.

£30,800 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

What We’re Looking For
