Job summary

Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery in Frimley is seeking a Room Leader to lead, mentor, and inspire a caring team to support children's development and milestones in a warm, safeguarding-focused setting.

You will uphold EYFS standards, promote child welfare and health and safety, and collaborate with parents and professionals to meet each child's needs. A Level 3 Early Years qualification and recent nursery experience are required.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.

Salary - Starting from £29,612.90 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We're looking for a Room Leader to join our Frimley Green nursery situated in Frimley with close transport links taking you into the town centre. This nursery offers a long standing management and staff team. The nursery has a gardening area and mud kitchen.

The Role
