Our Kiddi Cary Day Nursery in Exeter, Matford Green, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Room Leader with Level 3 or above in Early Years to work as part of the management team. You'll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education.

What will you be doing:

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff in daily duties
• Identify and address training needs of staff
• Deploy staff appropriately to meet required standards
• Share responsibility for health, safety, and cleanliness
• Implement nursery keycarer procedures and assign children to keycarers
• Ensure practice aligns with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Hold regular planning meetings
• Provide professional feedback to parents and carers
• Promote the nursery to current and prospective families
• Develop positive working relationships with staff and parents
