Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Early Years Lead to run the Pre-Toddler Room in a UK nursery. You will lead day-to-day operations, guide practitioners, and plan engaging activities to support children's learning and development.

• Lead the day-to-day running of the Pre-Toddler Room
• Support and mentor practitioners to deliver outstanding early years practice
• Plan and oversee engaging activities that promote children's learning and development
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can flourish
• Monitor children's progress through observations and assessments
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Encourage outdoor learning through daily use of the secure outdoor play area
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times

£31,800 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week | All Year Round
