Job summary

Kids Planet Patterdale Lodge is seeking a Room Leader for term-time only to lead a room, ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, and inspire children.

You will support and guide the team, build strong relationships with children and families, and benefit from KP Academy training, enhanced leave, birthday day off, and a competitive salary with pension.

Must be Level 3 in UK early years, solid EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, leadership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.

• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and learning is supported.
