Job summary

Kingsley Explorers Nursery in Leamington Spa is seeking founding Room Leads (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool) to launch a new all-year-round nursery. You will lead practice in your room, delivering high-quality EYFS provision and setting strong standards from day one.

Salary up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Join, Stay, Grow recruitment award of up to £1,500 and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

We are seeking founding Room Leads (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool) to help launch our new all‑year‑round nursery. You will lead practice within your room, delivering high‑quality EYFS provision and setting strong standards from day one.

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Plus: Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award of up to £1,500

Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)

Location: The Kingsley School

About You

Eligible Room Leads can receive:

• £500 on starting employment
• £500 after 12 months' service
