Kingsley Explorers Nursery in Leamington Spa is launching an all-year-round nursery. We are seeking founding Room Leads to deliver high-quality EYFS provision and set high standards from day one in Babies, Toddlers or Preschool rooms.

Salary up to £32,000 per annum, full-time 40 hours/week. Includes Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award up to £1,500. We offer pension, CPD, and career development opportunities as part of a nurturing start-up team.

Qualificações

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Organised, professional and committed to high standards.

Plus: Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award of up to £1,500

Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)

About You:

Kingsley Explorers Nursery is investing in building an exceptional Early Years team.

Eligible Room Leads can receive:

• £500 on starting employment


• £500 after 12 months' service


• £500 after 24 months' service
