The Kingsley School invites applications for founding Room Leads (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool) to launch a new all-year-round nursery. You will lead practice within your room, delivering high-quality EYFS provision and upholding high standards from day one. Salary up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with a recruitment & retention award of up to £1,500.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, term-time? actually all year round.

Competenze

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable).
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Organised, professional and committed to high standards.

• Plus: Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award of up to £1,500
• Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)

Kingsley Explorers Nursery is investing in building an exceptional Early Years team.

Eligible Room Leads can receive:

• £500 on starting employment
• £500 after 12 months' service
• £500 after 24 months' service
