With 44 rooms and apartments in a street once home to the Sex Pistols, where the Stones recorded their debut album, and Bowie and Hendrix frequented, the walls here have many stories to tell.

We are seeking an Outstanding Room Attendant to join our team at Chateau Denmark. Your energy and passion will shape the guest experience, setting the mood and atmosphere. With style and finesse, you will maintain the rooms and apartments, helping to craft memorable stays in London.

As a Room Attendant, you should have a natural curiosity and a passion for presenting and maintaining our lifestyle products in pristine condition. Your ability to multitask and your eagerness to learn will be essential, as you gain knowledge about our property, the Outernet district, and the local community.

You will be a vital part of the guest experience, upholding the Chateau Keeping standards with a high level of service and attention to detail. Working closely with colleagues, you will embody a no-half-measures attitude.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing guest requests effectively.
• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, session rooms, apartments, lifts, gym, changing rooms, offices, and public areas.
• Delivering and restocking bed linen, towels, and amenities.
• Greeting guests.
• Reporting technical and maintenance issues.
• Updating room status on communication apps.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Handling lost property procedures.
• This role involves lifting heavy loads and walking up and down stairs.
