Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Room Attendant for The Holiday Inn Blackpool. Join a modern hotel near the seafront with 144 rooms, a Starbucks, Platform 9 Bar & Kitchen, and 24-hour fitness.

You’ll be essential in delivering clean, welcoming spaces that guests love. No two days are the same as you maintain rooms, assist with guest requests, and collaborate with front desk and maintenance to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest needs.
• Ability to work efficiently, stay organised and focused during busy shifts.
• Flexible, team-oriented approach to support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What you'll be doing...
