Job summary

The Lanesborough in London is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold the hotel’s renowned standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will care for luxurious guestrooms and ensure they reflect the brand’s exceptional service and discretion.

The ideal candidate should have basic English, a neat grooming appearance, and the ability to work flexible hours. A second language is preferred to assist our international guests in a luxury setting.

Candidate Profile

As a Room Attendant you will be fully aware of The Lanesborough Culture, Service Experience and Guests Recognition that The Lanesborough is renowned for. You will be able to promote and be confident with all facilities offered in the hotel and it would be your responsibility to look after guestrooms and ensure that the highest level of cleanliness and standards are maintained.
The Housekeeping department is key to ensuring the guests feel secure and safe in the knowledge that their guest room is treated with care and confidentiality, thereby creating the comfort of their home environment at The Lanesborough.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Basic command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
• Immaculate grooming standards.
• The ability to work flexible working hours
• Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service
