About The Role

As a Room Attendant, you will ensure that the standards of the rooms meet the Housekeeping department's expectations for cleanliness and setup, aligned with Brand Standards to enhance the Guest experience. You will also ensure that all periodic cleaning tasks are completed on time and according to Brand Standards.

Responsibilities

1. Clean rooms to meet Brand standards and keep trolleys neat and tidy.
2. Replace towels, soap, toilet rolls, stationery, and other items as specified.
3. Remove rubbish from departure and stay-over rooms, and separate waste correctly.
4. Report any maintenance faults.
5. Use and control cleaning materials and equipment properly, ensuring proper training.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
