Job summary

University Arms is seeking a Part-time Room Attendant to maintain luxury cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will ensure beds are made, linens changed, bathrooms spotless, and guest requests handled professionally with a friendly, guest-focused approach.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential.
• Shows exceptional attention to detail

• Support the wider housekeeping team during peak periods
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.

ABOUT US

University Arms is a 192-bedroom design-led Hotel situated in the heart of Cambridge, United Kingdom. Overlooking Parker's Piece is the Hotel's quintessentially British Restaurant and Bar, Parker's Tavern, Library Lounge, and beautiful 272-square-metre wood-panelled Ballroom.

What Will You Be Doing

As a Room Attendant, you will ensure that all the guest areas are clean and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. You will be totally guest-focused by consistently delivering excellent service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach.
