Rate of Pay / Hours: £11.95, 16 hours per week

Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all guest bedrooms within the hotel are cleaned daily to the highest standards. You should have an eye for detail and high standards to meet our guests' expectations of a perfect night’s stay.

Malmaison provides a range of luxury and boutique hotels in 15 landmark locations across the United Kingdom. Known for style and hospitality, Malmaison offers exquisite accommodation with a relaxing atmosphere, along with sumptuous food and wine in our Chez Mal Brasseries.

As a Room Attendant, you will interact with our guests, so conversational English is essential, as is the ability to work independently for periods. You will be a vital cog in the Malmaison machine, ensuring all bedrooms are clean and tidy for our guests' arrival and stay.

Flexibility is needed. You will mainly work set shifts, usually between 9 am – 3 pm, five days out of seven. Shift start times can be flexible between 9 am – 10 am. Early start times, flexible contracts, or weekend work can be discussed at interview.

Being a Room Attendant is physically demanding and requires a certain level of fitness. Full training on chemicals and equipment will be provided.

Experience in a similar role isn't required, but a positive attitude and desire to make a difference are essential.

We actively encourage internal development and progression. Malmaison aims to have 100 new apprentices by year-end. Candidates will have the opportunity to enroll in our apprenticeship scheme after completing their probation.
