Job summary

Roof Management Ltd (trading as RML Roofing Contractor) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead roofing refurbishment projects across the UK. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage health & safety documentation, and oversee budgets and client liaison.

The role is hybrid and requires managing five to ten live jobs concurrently, with travel to sites and coordination with supply chain teams. A competitive salary with bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing roofing refurbishment projects £25k+.
• End-to-end project delivery and planning.
• Proven ability to produce RAMS and on-site safety documentation.
• Strong budget control and margin management with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of roofing refurbishment projects £25,000+.
• Run pre-start meetings and create project programmes.
• Own health & safety documentation (RAMS, inductions, site compliance).
• Control costs and margins; manage supply chain and site teams.
