Job summary

Roof Management Ltd (trading as RML Roofing Contractor) is seeking a Project Manager to lead roofing refurbishment projects valued from £25,000+. You will oversee pre-start, programme development, safety documentation and cost control while coordinating site teams, client liaison and supply chain.

The role is hybrid and full-time, with potential commission and a development path within the MGT Group. UK driving licence and company vehicle or allowance are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading roofing refurbishment projects.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects (5–10) simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets and margins.
• Background in roofing systems (sheeting, cladding, flat roofs).
• Flexible between planned work and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of roofing refurbishment projects £25,000+.
• Lead pre-start, programme creation, and H&S documentation.
• Manage supply chain, site teams, costs and variations.
• Liaise with clients, provide progress reports and valuations.
• Close-out with O&M handover and full project documentation.
