Job summary

RML Roofing Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead roofing refurbishment projects across the south of the UK. You will own the delivery from pre-start through to handover, managing budgets, programmes, risks and client liaison.

The role requires managing five to ten live projects at once, with hybrid working and progression within the expanding projects division of the MGT Group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing roofing refurbishment projects.
• Strong ability to run five to ten concurrent projects.
• Confident with budgets, margins and variations.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of roofing refurbishment projects £25,000+.
• Create programme and RAMS and manage site safety documentation.
• Oversee supply chain and subcontractors; raise and approve orders.
