Job summary

RML Roofing Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead roofing refurbishment projects across the Midlands and South East. You will own a portfolio of live sites, ensuring safety, schedule and margin are achieved while coordinating clients, suppliers and on-site teams.

The role requires SMSTS/IPA F certified experience, a full UK driving licence, and a flexible hybrid working pattern. Competitive salary with bonuses is offered, plus a company vehicle or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing roofing refurbishment projects (£25,000+).
• Ability to run 5–10 live projects simultaneously.
• Strong budget, margin and variation control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from pre-start to handover.
• Produce programme and H&S docs; manage supply chain and site teams.
• Liaise with client; manage costs against budgets; provide handover pack.
