Kingsley Roofing (Southern) Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects, including pitched and flat roofs. You will work with pre-construction, project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will allocate labour, equipment, and materials, establish quality controls, enforce safety, oversee subcontractors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute roofing projects (pitched and flat) as Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality.
• Provide strong leadership to drive project success and operational efficiency.
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets with the pre-construction team.
• Allocate labour, equipment, and materials to sites to optimise resources.
• Establish quality control processes to meet industry standards.
• Enforce safety culture and adherence to safety regulations.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance.
• Serve as primary client contact during project execution.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide updates to senior management.
