Job summary

SERT is seeking an experienced Roofing Manager in the United Kingdom to take ownership of roofing operations across multiple projects. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, plan resources, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

The role blends technical roofing expertise with commercial acumen, leadership, and hands-on support where needed. A full UK driving licence is required, with a clear path for progression and continuous development.

Qualifications

• Significant domestic roofing experience.
• Proven experience managing and leading roofing teams.
• Strong knowledge of tiled and slated roofing systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong Health & Safety and Working at Height knowledge.
• A commercially aware, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• The confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Commercial roofing, Solar PV, SMSTS/SSSTS and scaffolding experience would be highly advantageous.

£50,000 - £55,000 + Company Vehicle | Full-Time

A senior operational opportunity for an ambitious roofing professional.

We're looking for an experienced Roofing Manager to take ownership of roofing operations within a growing, forward-thinking organisation.

This is not simply a management position. It's an opportunity to shape the way roofing operations are delivered, build high-performing teams, drive operational excellence and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
