Job summary

Tier One Contractor in Kingston is seeking an experienced Roofer for a permanent role. The position offers £38,000 per year, with a van and a fuel card provided, and work across Kingston Council properties.

A full UK driving licence is required, and experience in social housing/property maintenance is desirable. The successful candidate will carry out reactive and planned roofing repairs, maintenance, and inspections, replacing tiles and other materials while ensuring high standards and safety
