Wates Smartspace seeks an experienced Roofer to join our Responsive Maintenance team on a social housing contract in the Derbyshire area. You will carry out day-to-day roofing repairs at occupied properties, delivering a high-quality service with strong safety and customer care.

NVQ Level 2 in Roofing, a full UK driving licence, and experience in occupied properties are essential. We offer a competitive salary, company van and fuel card, and ongoing training opportunities.

WPS is looking for an experienced Roofer to join our Responsive Maintenance team, working on a social housing contract in the Derbyshire area.

You’ll be carrying out day-to-day roofing repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties, delivering a high-quality service while maintaining excellent standards of safety and customer care.

About You

• Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally within social housing or responsive maintenance
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (or equivalent) - essential
• Full UK driving licence - essential
