Job description

Role responsibilities

The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Sunderland area. Work will include laying felt, replacing tiles, flat/pitched roof repairs and repairing guttering and supporting/assisting changing boilers with vertical flues.

£20.08 P/H (Umbrella or CIS) Weekly paid

Hours

8:00am - 16:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 14:00pm on Friday. 36 hours per week.

Requirements
