Job summary
Eurostar is seeking an Engineering Change Manager to lead governance, coordination and delivery of Engineering Changes across the rolling stock fleet. The role ensures regulatory compliance, maintains ECM and ISO9001 certifications, and enables safe fleet improvements.

Qualifications
- Experience navigating complex engineering changes with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to engineering changes.
- Ability to manage safety and compliance in rolling stock contexts.
Responsibilities
- Own and govern the Rolling Stock Engineering Change process (EF003).
- Manage Engineering Changes from initiation to implementation and closure.
- Ensure fleet documentation remains accurate, controlled and compliant.
- Monitor Engineering Change risks and Safety Advice Notices (SANs).
- Lead planning and coordinate stakeholders for timely changes.
- Produce performance reports and monitor risks.
