Job summary

Eurostar is seeking a Maintenance Configuration Controller to supervise maintenance traceability, archiving, and data management across the Rolling Stock teams. You will help define international maintenance planning for three depots and ensure accurate production records for safety-critical components.

The role is permanent, based at Temple Mills depot in Leyton. Close date is 08 October 2026, 17:00. Strong collaboration with Engineering and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of engineering and operating practices of rolling stock required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UK/European railways desired.
• Strong IT systems and data handling capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee traceability and documentation of maintenance activities, focusing on safety-critical components.
• Manage archiving, data storage and production records; ensure accuracy of component documents and counters.
• Develop and improve systems, databases, KPIs and procedures; ensure cross-team adoption.
