Job summary

Eurostar International Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Change Manager to lead governance, coordination and delivery of Engineering Changes across the rolling stock fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing ECM/ISO9001 certification.

You will act as the focal point between internal engineering teams, suppliers and partners like Siemens, driving changes from conception to closure while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with rolling stock engineering changes and related documentation.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Rolling Stock Engineering Change process (EF003).
• Manage Engineering Changes from initiation to implementation and closure.
• Ensure fleet modification records and technical documentation remain accurate, controlled and compliant.
• Monitor Engineering Change risks, prioritising safety-critical activities and SANs.
• Act as the key interface with Siemens for Class 374 Engineering Changes.
• Lead technical planning and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of changes.
• Produce performance reports and monitor delivery, resource and competency risks.
• Manage contractors responsible for maintaining the e300 drawing suite.
• Maintain the On-Call Authorising Engineer framework and participate in the on-call rota.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
