Position Overview: As a Rolex Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the store, offering personalized service to our clients, helping them discover their ideal timepiece or jewelry. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality, elegance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional and personalized experience to every customer, ensuring they receive expert advice on watches and jewelry.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent service, follow-up, and tailored recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on integrity and customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends within the luxury watch and jewelry industry.
  • Assist with showroom presentation and product displays, ensuring that all displays are to the highest standards.
