Rockfish Takeaway is looking for a friendly Takeaway Server to join our award-winning team in beautiful Brixham. You’ll help serve customers, handle takeaway orders, and contribute to a warm, welcoming dining experience.

We offer flexible shifts, staff perks, discounted seafood, and opportunities to grow within the Rockfish group. Training and development are supported, with a strong emphasis on care, sustainability, and community values.

What to expect

• We pay salaries monthly but tronc and tips on a weekly basis via our external troncmaster Tip Jar, - so you can earn and access your cash quicker!

• This is a casual role working is across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.

• We're are lunch and dinner takeaway meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts determined by the rota.

• Christmas off, our sites are closed Christmas eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day

• We'll provide the crew t-shirts

• We're not about extra hours, but if they're ever needed, overtime is paid.

  As a key member of the takeaway team, you'll be working in a busy environment, so you must have an eye for attention to detail and have the ability to work in a fast paced setting. You will also be working across all areas of the takeaway.
