Job summary

Rockfish Dartmouth is seeking a Front of House server to join a team recognised as one of the best places to work in hospitality in the UK. You’ll work across a variety of day and evening shifts in a lively coastal town, delivering genuine hospitality and memorable dining experiences.

We offer a basic hourly rate based on experience plus gratuities, tips and overtime, with monthly salaries and weekly tips via the Tip Jar. There are strong progression paths within the group.

What to expect?

This package is a basic hourly rate depending on experience plus gratuties, tips and overtime.

• We pay salaries monthly but tronc and tips on a weekly basis via our external troncmaster Tip Jar, - so you can earn and access your cash quicker!
• This is a casual role working is across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.
• We're are lunch and dinner dining restaurant meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts determined by the rota.
• Christmas off, our sites are closed Christmas eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day
• We'll provide the crew t-shirts
• We're not about extra hours, but if they're ever needed, overtime is paid.
