Job summary

Rockfish Weymouth is seeking a Restaurant Server in Weymouth to join a team recognised as one of the UK’s best places to work in hospitality. This casual role offers a basic hourly rate plus tronc per hour, tips and overtime, with shifts across lunch and dinner seven days a week.

This package has a basic hourly rate plus tronc per hour +tips and overtime!

• We pay salaries monthly but tronc and tips on a weekly basis via our external troncmaster Tip Jar, - so you can earn and access your cash quicker!
• This is a casual role working is across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.

As a Rockfish Restaurant Server, you will help create a restaurant environment where guest expectations are exceeded through delivering genuine hospitality. Where little details make a big impact. You will receive all the training you need to deliver this; all you need to bring is your natural flair for service! Many of our summer servers come back to work for us season after season, making this a great role to work around your studies.
