Rockfish Dartmouth is recruiting a Front of House server to join a team celebrated as one of the UK’s best places to work in hospitality. You’ll deliver genuine hospitality across lunch and dinner service, with shifts across weekdays and weekends, and full training provided.

What to expect?

This package is a basic hourly rate depending on experience plus gratuties, tips and overtime.

• We pay salaries monthly but tronc and tips on a weekly basis via our external troncmaster Tip Jar, - so you can earn and access your cash quicker!

• This is a casual role working is across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.

• We're are lunch and dinner dining restaurant meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts determined by the rota.

• Christmas off, our sites are closed Christmas eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day

• We'll provide the crew t-shirts

• We're not about extra hours, but if they're ever needed, overtime is paid.

As a Rockfish Front of House server, you will help create a restaurant environment where guest expectations are exceeded through delivering genuine hospitality. Where little details make a big impact. You will receive all the training you need to deliver this; all you need to bring is your natural flair for service! Many of our summer servers come back to work for us season after season, making this a great role to work around your studies.
