Rockfish is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager across a 5-day week and help lead a team in a busy coastal restaurant environment. The role includes coaching staff, upholding food and safety standards, stock and cost control, and ensuring excellent hospitality.

You will join a group of 12 award-winning coastal restaurants led by Mitch Tonks, with opportunities for development and internal progression.

What to expect?

This package is £34k per annum basic plus approximately £5k tronc per annum +tips and overtime!

• We pay salaries monthly but tronc and tips on a weekly basis via our external troncmaster Tip Jar, - so you can earn and access your cash quicker!

• This is a casual role working is across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.

• We're are lunch and dinner dining restaurant meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts determined by the rota.

• Christmas off, our sites are closed Christmas eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day

• We'll provide the crew t-shirts

• We're not about extra hours, but if they're ever needed, overtime is paid.

As a new Rockfish Assistant Manager, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we will continue to develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us. You will also be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
