This package is £31.5k per annum basic plus approximately £3.5k tronc per annum +tips and overtime!
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager and take responsibility for the business in their absence. You will coach your team to reach their full potential while helping everyone embrace our core values: Care, Community and Connection. You will maintain high standards in food safety, health and safety, stock control, cost control and waste management. As a new Rockfish Assistant Manager, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we will continue to develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us. You will also be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
