Rockfish is seeking a Manager in Training to support restaurant leadership, coach teams, and uphold our culture of care and excellence. You will contribute to staff development, food safety, and cost control while growing your career in hospitality.
You’ll train under senior managers, experience varied shifts, and participate in a structured plan designed to develop you into a competent manager across Rockfish locations.

This package is £13.25per hour basic plus approximately £3 tronc per hour +tips and overtime!
As Manager in Training, you will support the General and Assistant Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way. You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential, ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, 'Care, Community and Connection'. You will maintain high standards in food safety, health and safety, stock control, cost and waste management. As a new Rockfish Manager in Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we will continue to develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us. You will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
