Job summary

Cellular Origins is seeking a Test and Development Engineer to join our Constellation system team. You will work with engineers and scientists to develop, integrate and rigorously test our robotic automation.

You will design test strategies, run protocols, diagnose faults in mechatronics, and contribute to verification and release, ensuring performance and reliability. A strong engineering background and experience with Python/ROS will help you thrive in our fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or vocational route required.
• Experience testing and verification of mechatronics in product development.
• Strong analysis and documentation skills including test protocols and reports.
• Ability to identify failure modes and perform root-cause investigations.
• Excellent communication in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate system elements, create test strategies and protocols.
• Run procedures and evaluate performance for reliability and compliance.
• Diagnose faults in mechatronics systems and feed back to the design team.
• Oversee verification activities and write reports for release.
