Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to focus on Manchester-area field-based robotics, servicing pharmaceutical and biotech customers. You will manage state-of-the-art systems, travel as required, and stay on-site with key clients while maintaining variety in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering or sciences.
• Degree or time-served equivalent required.
• Strong customer-facing experience and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Become the service SME for customers.
• Perform remote diagnostics and on-site visits as needed.
• Manage escalation flow and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and spare parts planning.
• Utilise service reports and KPI data for service improvements.
• Communicate across R&D, Product Management and Sales.
