Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in Cambridge, United Kingdom, is seeking a Clinical Sales Associate to maximize adoption of the da Vinci Surgical System across core indications in the region. You will execute the clinical sales plan and train surgical teams on system operations and OR integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in medical device support/training or healthcare sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
• Up to 70% travel and/or field presence depending on business needs.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across core indications for the region.
• Support regional sales and marketing events to raise system awareness.
• Develop a plan for each surgical team to ensure system proficiency.
• Drive system utilization by assisting surgical teams with case selection and usage.
• Expand the user base by engaging hospital staff and KOLs with guidance from leadership.
• Lead training sessions on system operations, OR integration and applications.
• Provide case support and manage administrative sales reporting and expenses.
