Who we are looking for:

Unistrut is looking for an experienced robot spot welder operative to support our continued growth.

What you’ll do:

• Set and operate robot welders and ancillary equipment
• Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
• Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
• Keep production and quality related records up to date
• Ensure good levels of S are maintained in the area
• Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Hours of work:

Monday-Thursday, morning and afternoon shifts, Fridays morning and afternoon shifts, or Monday-Thursday, afternoon and evening shifts, Fridays afternoon and evening shifts. Pay rate depends on experience, plus shift allowance for day shifts.
