Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-start checks according to site controls and code of practice
- Understand various pieces of robotic equipment, ensuring they are running at peak performance
- Robot programming and all troubleshooting
- Perform all touch point functions involved in operation of robotic welder
- Position and secure workpieces using proper equipment
- Fully satisfy production schedules to the correct quality level and within the specified time scale
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Team Leader
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
- Monitor products to ensure they meet customer specifications, taking corrective action when necessary
About You
- Robotic welding experience or knowledge within a manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of robot control interface with ancillary equipment
- A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to remain focused on quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas

- 5 hours per week
- 0600-1400
- 1400-2200
- 2200-0600
