Job summary

Origin Coffee is seeking a highly organised warehouse professional to manage inbound goods and inventory control. You will ensure accurate receipt, storage, and stock rotation, while maintaining strong data integrity in the WMS.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll optimise layouts, support dispatch operations, and generate KPI reports using Excel. A hands-on, process-driven approach and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inbound goods and inventory control.
• Accurate stock recording and data integrity.
• Proactive stock forecasting and planning with Supply Chain Manager.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage and organisation of incoming goods with accurate checks.
• Maintain stock accuracy through audits and rotations.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Support stock forecasting and inventory planning.
• Record all stock movements in the WMS.
• Oversee storage and rotation of finished products (roastery items).
