MMC in Haslemere is seeking an Inventory & Stores Coordinator to manage goods in, stock movements, replenishment, and waste across the roastery. You will ensure deliveries are received, stored correctly, and recorded promptly in the stock system.

Working with Roastery and Operations, you will keep stores organised, label and rotate stock, handle returns, and support continuous improvements in stock control; a full UK driving license is desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Goods In processes, ensuring deliveries are received, checked and stored accurately.
• Replenish stock to ensure production areas have required materials.
• Maintain organised, clearly labelled storage areas and update stock records.
• Manage all returns, liaise with internal teams and suppliers, and record movements.
• Handle waste management and support initiatives to reduce waste where possible.
• Maintain stock records on Google Sheets and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
